| 摘 要： | 目前高校进入了快速发展期，高校的经济责任审计与评价工作已被提到重要的议事日程，然而经济责任审计工作所承担的任务更重，难度更大。本文通过对高校经济责任审计评价中的几个难点问题进行深入剖析，有针对性地提出完善高校经济责任审计评价的建议与对策。
