| 摘 要： | 国际贸易中,倾销通常被认为是一种不正当的竞争行为,但由于倾销具有多样性,因此,并不是所有的倾 销都被禁止。间歇性倾销、持续性倾销、间接性倾销均应进入竞争法调整的范围。

On Dump in View of the Competitive Law |

| Abstract: | Dump is always considered as improper competitive behaviour in international trade. Since there are various types in dump, they are not all forbidden now. Intermittent dump, continued dump and indirect dump should be brought into the adjustment of the competitive law. |
