| 摘 要： | 环渤海区域作为中国经济发展的第三大“引擎”,其发展不仅关系到北方经济的振兴,也影响着中部的崛起和西部开发。作为后发区域,环渤海区域具备了独特的发展优势和后发利益。文章重点分析了环渤海区域潜在后发优势发挥的障碍,并在此基础上探讨了区域发展的突破点,指出创新是实现区域“蛙跳”式发展的关键。
