漫谈财经类院校数学教师的科研与教学

本文主要探讨财经类院校的数学教师如何有效地进行科研与教学。一方面，数学教师应大力开展问题驱动的应用数学研究，这是一个值得全身心投入的、学术前途十分看好的事业；另一方面，数学课程的教学一定要和有关的专业相结合，但又要精心设计，尽可能保持必要的系统性和完整性，在努力达到三个方面要求的同时，针对不同专业的学生，这三个方面的要求应有不同的侧重。

Discussion on Mathematics Teachers' Research and Teaching in Finance Colleges and Universities

This paper discusses how mathematics teachers in colleges and universities which are specified in finance and economics, can effectively conduct research and teaching. On one hand, mathematics teachers should energetically develop problem driven research in applied mathematics, which is worthy of dedication and is of very promising academic future. On the other hand, the teaching of mathematics curriculum should be connected with relevant majors andcarefully designed, as far as possible to maintain the necessary systematicness and integrity.
