| 摘 要： | 技术创新是在特定的制度环境中的活动,技术创新与制度创新具有紧密的互动关系。在我国经济发展中,应该强调制度创新的作用,改变过去重技术创新、轻制度创新的倾向,通过企业制度创新、市场制度创新和政府政策创新推动技术创新。

| Abstract: | As an activity in a specific system environment, technological innovation has a close relation of interaction with system innovation. In the development of China's economy, more emphasis should be placed on the significance of system innovation rather than that of technological innovation, which used to be more focused on. Technological innovation could be promoted through the innovation in corporate system, market system and government policymaking. |
