专利池及构建策略研究——以温州企业为例

为了保护本国利益，争夺国际市场，发达国家除了设置技术壁垒外，还以专利池为武器对中国企业发起了标准和专利战，已经对我国一些产业造成了严重危害。文章通过对专利池的定义、历史沿革和作用的介绍，指出温州企业构建专利池的必要性和有利条件，并对温州企业如何构建专利池提出建议。
