| 摘 要： | 第三方物流是物流组织的一次组织创新。随着第三方物流的迅速发展,物流企业之间,以及物流企业与工商企业之间的联盟趋势日益加强,第三方物流合作伙伴关系是中间组织(如战略联盟和虚拟企业)与第三方物流相结合发展的结果。对第三方物流合作伙伴关系的竞争协调模型、治理结构的研究具有理论和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Third-party logistics alliance is an organization innovation.The paper analyies the co-opetition factors in the network times and the competition-coordination mode.It points out the special principal-agent relationship with two kinds of governance patterns:thirty-party logistics supplydemand alliance and thirty-party virtual enterprise.This coordination mechanism in governance is brought forward in order to guide this new type of organization form in practice. |
