生态经济学和中国的经济实践

人类的各种活动应纳入整个地球生态系统的范畴加以评估和分析，不断增强系统意识使人类对地球的生命支持系统产生越来越多的危机感。传统的经济学和生态学已经很难解释当今的生态经济问题。由于持续性具有多层次的复杂特征，人类目前尚不能对其作出完整的定义。生态经济学认为持续发展的内核是社会公正，因此，社会经济制度，文化、生态三大要素是不可分割的。中国的经济实践和国际合作，使生态经济思想得到了相当程度的传播，但是，中国和其他发展中国家一样，面临严重的生态经济问题。社会主义市场经济框架的基本定型，使政府在市场发育、公正与效率、持续发展诸方面有着决定性作用。中国的文化变迁如果不与经济体制改革相协调，将会抑制社会主义市场经济的发育和成熟。

The socialist markct economy would be constrained from maturing if there is nocoordination betwecn cultural changes and economic rcform.
