| 摘 要： | 运用因子分析法对全国31个省市高新技术产业竞争力进行排序评价,可以看出河南属于高新技术产业竞争力较弱省市。与经济强省相比,河南高新技术产业在发展现实、产出效率、发展潜力等方面均存在差距。因此,河南应建立企业技术创新激励机制,强化竞争主体意识;加快体制改革,构建适应市场经济的创新体系;探索建立风险投资机制,不断加大对高新技术产业的投入;完善合作、开放机制,推进高新技术产业的区域化、国际化;完善人才引进培养机制,构建高新技术人才平台。

| Abstract: | This paper achieves the conclusion that Henan is one of the weak provinces in science and technology by analyzing 31 provinces' competitiveness of New & High-Tech Industry by using the method of factor analysis.And there also exists some gaps between Henan and big economical provinces,such as current conditions,efficiency of output,development potential.And finally it points out how to develop New & High-Tech industries rapidly in Henan province from the aspect of innovation of systems and mechanisms.These ... |
