| 摘 要： | 跨国公司的海外研发活动在最近的二十年中呈现飞速发展的趋势,海外研发活动的区位选择对跨国公司来说,具有战略性的意义。目前从国外文献中使用文献法梳理出跨国公司海外研发区位选择的影响因素,并以模糊综合评价方法在跨国公司海外研发区位选择决策中的应用。

| Abstract: | TNC overseas R&D has grown rapidly during the recent twenty years because of its strategic significnnce. The paper finds out the factors influencing TNC R&D overseas location selection with a lifenture review,and discusses the application of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the decision making of TNC R&D overseas location se- lection. |
