Legal Issues of U.S Bank Insolvency and its Implication

Recently, the People's Bank of China has been on drafting administrative rales on insolvency of financial institutions. The United States is one of the most developed countries and developed banking industry also promotes banking supervision. This article expatiates on the main issues of U.S legal system of bank insolvency, and brings forward some legislative suggestions on the development of legal system of Chinese bank insolvency.
