| 摘 要： | 新经济的基本特征是技术的高速进步及其产业化引起的经济结构、经济规则等变化.新经济模式下,交易成本有很大的降低,在企业内部用价格机制配置资源不再昂贵,企业出现市场化趋势;在企业外部企业间的合作范围扩大,企业出现一体化趋势.
