摘    要:对马鞍山市三个城区相关单位的调查发现,人们对工作满意程度的看法主要受到自身优势、婚姻状况和所在单位性质等因素的影响;性别对未就业者就业倾向的影响要比受教育程度来得大;性别差异对未就业者行业选择倾向的影响要比文化程度来得大;文化程度差异对未就业者企业单位性质选择倾向的影响要比性别来得大;就业者对工作的态度差异主要受其工作年限、自身优势、单位性质、文化程度等因素的影响;年轻人,特别是已经就业的年轻人,在选择单位时择业手段多样化.

The Statistics Analysis of Questionnair Enquiry to the Young About Occupation Choices

Abstract:It is found from the survey of three urban units of Ma'anshan that people's opinions about the degree of work satisfaction are mainly influenced by their own advantages, the marriage state and the nature of their working units. To the unemployed, sex influences the employment trend more than the degree of education; while the sex difference has more influence on the trend of occupation choices than knowledge degree; but the differences of knowledge degree has more influence than sex on the trend of choices of business nature; The differences of workers'attitude towards jobs are mostly influenced by their working period, their own advantages, the nature of working units and knowledge degree etc. The youth, especially the youth at work, have various choosing means when they choosing.
