| 摘 要： | 随着股权分置改革在中国的推进,管理层持股已经作为一个很好的股权激励方案被许多企业运用。文章主要从理论上通过对管理层持股比例与公司业绩相关性的文献综述和实践回顾,结合中国实际情况,为管理层持股在我国的实施提供了一定的借鉴。
