鼻部囊肿107例临床探讨

为进一步提高鼻部囊肿(尤其放射学及病检方法)的诊疗水平,采用自行设计的临床研究资料数量化整理表收集黄石市四医院20多年来住院、经手术确诊的鼻部囊肿资料107例,在Foxbase环境录入并建立数据库文件,继用EPE软件和普及型MDAS软件完成微机分析。提出了鼻部囊肿主要临床共性特点,并发现手术前、后各种囊肿诊断的百分构成无显著性差异,但鼻前庭囊肿的X线诊断非常显著地低于术后诊断(P0.01),而上颌窦囊肿的病检率明显低于术后诊断,鼻前庭及上颌窦囊肿在手术前后均具有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论为:①鼻部囊肿防治的相对重点是鼻前庭囊肿和上颌窦囊肿;②加强X线检查对鼻前庭囊肿和上颌窦囊肿诊断的方法研究,进一步提高专业人员业务素质是提高临床对鼻部囊肿诊断水平的关键。

Clinical Discussion on 107 Nasal Cyst Cases

Objective：to further improve the level of diagnosis and treatment for nasal cyst（especially in radiology and pathological detection method）.Method：To collect my department 107 nasal cyst patients in hospital through operation to make a definite diagnosis,and to use proper motion engineered clinical research data quantificat summarized table,record and establish database files in Foxbase environment,then to utilize EPE software and MDAS software,accomplish microcomputer analysis.Results：To raise nasal cyst chief clinical commonness characteristic and find out various kinds nasal cyst diagnostic percentage structure have not significant difference between preoperative and postoperative,but X-ray diagnosis of has lower highly significant than postoperative diagnosis（P0.01）,and maxillary cyst detection rate has lower highly significant than postoperative diagnosis,nasal vestibular cyst and maxillary cyst all have significant difference between preoperative and postoperative（P0.05）.Conclusion：①The relative multiple point of prevention and treatment for nasal cyst is nasal vestibular cyst and maxillary cyst;②X-ray check is key to research of diagnostic methods for nasal vestibular cyst and maxillary cyst,and improve further the clinical level of diagnosis for nasal cyst.
