平衡计分卡在X保险公司团队长绩效管理中的应用

摘    要:团队长绩效管理已经成为保险行业实现组织战略目标、强化核心竞争力而竞相研究的领域.针对X保险公司团队长绩效管理系统存在的绩效目标不清晰不准确、绩效考评指标设计不科学等问题,结合目前公司战略目标及面临的市场形势,运用平衡计分卡模式修订完善新的团队长绩效管理指标体系,从而构建了一套较为完整、较为科学的团队长绩效管理体系.

Application of BSC in the Performance Management of X Company Team Leader

Abstract:Performance management of the team leader has became a significant research field of achieving strategic objective of or- ganization and strengthening core competitiveness in the insurance industry. Through analyzing problems of performance management of the team leader in X insurance company, combining the strategic objective of this company and the mar- ket situation and applying Balanced Score Card Model which could be help to revise and improve the new system of per- formance management of the team leader, a complete scientific system of performance management of the team leader could be built in order to efficiently solve problems as above.
