| 摘 要： | 酒店的风险管理决策要依赖于酒店对将来风险事故损失的预测.预测风险损失,首先要收集酒店过往风险事件的损失数据,然后利用这些数据建立概率分布,再根据概率分布的性质来推算酒店将来可能出现的各类风险事件导致的损失期望值.此外,要对酒店运营风险损失进行具体度量,还得掌握各类风险事件损失度量的范围和方法.

| Abstract: | Hotel risk management decisions depend on the future risk of accident loss forecast. To predict the risk of loss, we should collect the data of loss in the past risk events firstly, and use these data to establish the probability distribution, then according to the nature of probability distribution , we can project all kinds of hotels in the future risk events that may occur due to loss of expectations. In addition, the hotel operator should carry out specific measures to measure the risk of loss, and have to master various types of risk events in the scope and methods of measurement. |
