Abstract:Vocational value has a direct influence on peoples attitude and behavior in his work, however, the change of the vocational value is of a slow and hard process.The paper from the perspective of vocational value discusses the staff recruitment and organizational culture construction, for one hand, to recruit the employees who possess the same value with the enterprise,for another hand, to construct the organizational culture combined with Chinese traditional culture, which can be accepted by the majority , and take the Lenovo Group for example, in the hope of giving some advice to the management of the enterprises.
