| 摘 要： | 烟泊复合生产过程中的张力恒定是保证产品质量的关键技术。文章分析了烟泊复合生产过程的张力变化规律及影响因素,提出分布式张力控制方法,设计了基于PLC网络的分布式控制系统。实际生产运行表明,该系统运行稳定,控制精度符合实际要求。

| Abstract: | The stability tension of laminating production system is one of the crucial techniques ensuring the product quality.By detail analysis,a decentralized tension control method is presented.And then a sort of tension control system is developed based on PLC network.The real production result shows that the system can run steadily and control precision can meet the demand. |
