| 摘 要： | 随着高校的扩招，高校毕业生人数越来越多，就业压力越来越大，其中来自于贫困生的就业压力尤为突出。面对人才市场竞争的加剧，贫困大学生就业已成为高校毕业生就业工作的难点问题。从贫困大学生就业问题的重要意义，就业难问题分析，探讨贫困大学生就业对策。

| Abstract: | As the college student enrollment expended,more and more graduates are facing the employment pressure,especially for those poor students.Because of the furious competition in employment market,the employment for poor students becomes a difficulty.This study elaborates the significance of poor students employment and provides some countermeasures with discussion. |
