技术扩散与区域产业集群互动发展模式的国际比较

技术扩散是创新技术在空间上的流动和转移,企业的空间集聚为其提供了扩散源的支撑。当差异性个体带有群体互动特征的经济行为时,它们的集聚效应推动了区域经济的发展。把国家目标与区域发展结合起来,通过产业集群互动提升区域的国际竞争力,已成为当前全球五大城市经济带发展战略的选择。本文从技术扩散角度入手,通过对运作模式、主体与载体的比较研究,提出了五点经验借鉴。

On the International Comparison of Interactive Pattern of Technology Diffusion and Regional Industry Cluster

Technology diffusion is the process of innovative transferring in the context of space,which is supported by the clusters of enterprises.When the economic behaviors of the differential units show the characters of group interaction,the effect of this kind of cluster would promote the development of regional economy.At the present,there is a common strategic choice of the big five global regional economy zones to make the industry cluster as the driver of region competitiveness with the combination of state objectives and regional development.The paper begins with the analysis of technology diffusion,and then makes the comparative research of operating pattern,the principle and supportive parts.On the basis of that,the paper concludes five experiences for the reference.
