论新型城镇化进程中执法公信力的提升

执法公信力是我国新型城镇化过程中备受重视的一个问题,能否提升执法公信力,关系到新型城镇化建设的成败。当前,公众对执法机关不信任,执法公信力不高,在很大程度上影响了执法效能的发挥。在推进新型城镇化的进程中,要界定执法公信力的概念,理性分析城镇化过程中执法公信力缺失的原因,并提出提升执法公信力的对策,以期推动我国新型城镇化建设迈上新台阶。

Analysis on the Promotion of the Law-enforcement Credibility in New-type Urbanization

The issue of law-enforcement credibility of new- type urbanization in China attracts much attention. Whether we can enhance the law-enforcement credibility is related to the success of the new-type urbanization. Currently, law- enforcement credibility remains low and public distrust law enforcement in#tilution, which have largely affected lhe effectiveness of law-elfforcement. In tile process of promoting new-type urbanization, we should define the concept of lawenforcement credibility and analyze the reasons for. lack of credibility in the; process of new-type urbanization. Furthermore, we should propose the measures to improve the law- enfor~：ement credibility, aiming to promote new-：type urban- ization to a new level.
