| Abstract: | Through crowding era in knowledge, knowledge and knowledge innovation become the most important condition of knowledge type enterprise's survival and development, enterprises pay attention to human resources investment more and more, but run into various kinds of investment risk too. Enterprises should treat the manpower capital investment behavior rationally, reduce the investment risk as much as possible , improve the rate of return on investment. |
