| 摘 要： | 中小企业跨国经营不仅可以缓解国内市场竞争的矛盾，更重要的是可以通过海外投资参与国际分工，减少交易成本。但是我国中小企业在跨国经营中面临诸多问题，数量众多的中小企业甚至很难跨出国门，因此从理论上提出相应的对策显得尤为重要。本文从微观和宏观两个不同的角度分析了我国中小企业在跨国经营的初级阶段所面临的困境及应该采取的对策。
