| 摘 要： | 近年来,世界各国房地产业的繁荣激起了理论界、学术界和业界不同的“泡沫”论调,“房地产泡沫”甚至也成为公众日常谈资的一部分。显然,深入研究“泡沫”这一现象的时代已经到来。文章以此为出发点,不再局限于争论房地产泡沫是否存在的命题,而是提出一个能够系统反映房地产泡沫从产生到形成以及崩溃整个演变过程的不同作用因素的影响,揭示泡沫经济的演变机理,以期为防范房地产泡沫经济的形成提供更为开阔的分析视角。

| Abstract: | The booming of Real estate industry in the resent several years course the dispute about real estate "bubble" in various circles.Therefore it is necessary to study the reasons of real estate bubble formation.This paper dos not pay more attention to discuss the problem about there is or not real estate bubble,but analyzes the influence factors of real estate bubble from formation to rupture,reveals the evolution and influence mechanism of bubble economy formation and provides scientific basis for prevention on real estate bubble economy formation. |
