| 摘 要： | 墒职体育教学应适应社会的需要，把健康体育的理念传播给学生，形成高职体育的特有风格。高职体育教学应从教学内容、教学方式等方面进行改革，课堂中促进学生个性发展，增强体育课的吸引力，以适应素质教育的要求，使体育课成为学生最喜欢的一门课程。

| Abstract: | Physical education in higher vocational institutions should be reformed from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods,etc.It can be improved by promoting the development of students' personality in class,and enhancing the attraction of physical education so as to meet the requirement of quality education and make physical class become the most favorite curriculum the students like to participate in. |
