| 摘 要： | 从总体上来看，新疆FDI对国内投资产生了挤出效应。政府在追逐FDI数量的同时，要加强对FDI的引导和监督，把好FDI质量关、合理布局；通过促进技术外溢、产业关联效应作用的发挥，推动国内企业的技术进步，削弱或避免FDI的挤出效应。一、引言改革开放以来，大量的FDI进入了中国，FDI带来了中国发展经济所需的资本、技术、管理经验，改善了中国的产业结构，扩大了对外贸易，增。
