| 摘 要： | 开国领袖毛泽东之所以能够深得民意、万古长青,除了他在革命和建设中的丰功伟绩外,他所具有的高超的领导艺术也是一个重要方面。毛泽东对于领导的本质,领导者的具体活动以及具体的领导方法都有高超的见解。研究、学习毛泽东调查研究、科学决策、组织艺术以及树立威信等方法,在大力倡导提高党的领导水平和执政能力的今天具有较大的时代价值和应用价值。
