| 摘 要： | 当前影响大学生思想政治教育实效性的因素包括系统合力发挥不足,人文理念相对缺失,教育内容和方法缺乏一定的时代性和针对性,忽视队伍建设等问题。提升大学生思想政治教育的实效性,必须加强教育机制系统化及合力的发挥,创新教育理念,改进教育内容和方法,加强队伍建设。
