中国煤炭产业生态安全度研究

本文以煤炭产业土地环境、煤炭产业水环境、煤炭产业大气和煤炭产业生态控制力为基本指标,运用计量模型对2005-2009年间我国煤炭产业生态安全度进行了评价。结论认为,尽管我国煤炭产业处于基本生态安全状态,但是这几年的煤炭产业生态安全度在不断减弱。我们可以从实施节约优先的发展战略、综合开发利用与煤共伴生资源和煤矿废弃物、加强节能和能效管理等方面入手提高煤炭产业生态安全度,促使社会持续发展。

Evaluation on China's Coal Industry Ecological Security from 2005 to 2009
