| 摘 要： | 振兴东北老工业基地离不开对原有产业的改造和产业结构的调整。必须选择有效的融资模式提供金融支持,才能促进产业结构的升级,为东北老工业基地注入新的活力。所以必须分析东北地区老工业产业结构调整和升级过程中投融资的基本特点,从而了解产业投资基金在这一过程中的特殊意义,使产业投资基金成为产业结构升级中的重要投资主体。

| Abstract: | As an important part of revitalizing old industrial bases in northeastern China, it is necessary to upgrade the industrial structure to inject new vitality to the old industrial bases through industrial investment fund. This paper analyzes the character of the financial pattern and points Out the importance of establishing industrial investment fund in this process. |
