| 摘 要： | 在我国建筑企业中,有相当一部分人忽视了财务管理的核心地位,管理思想僵化落后,使企业管理局限于生产经营型管理格局之中.企业财务管理的作用没有得到充分发挥.另一方面,由于受宏观经济环境变化和体制的影响,建筑企业在加强财务管理方面遇到了阻碍.建筑企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,对经济发展和社会稳定起着举足轻重的促进作用.但由于受传统体制和外部宏观经济影响大等因素,使得建筑企业在财务管理方面存在着与自身发展和市场经济均不适应的情况,应研究对策,以促进我国建筑企业的改革与发展.
