| 摘 要： | 在学校性质特殊的独立学院,由于学生干部的层次特别,就更需要有针对性和实效性.针对在学生干部培养中出现的有能力而不肯做、有能力而不敢做、有能力而不愿做的学生干部群体,营造出和谐的工作氛围来提高学生干部的积极性,让学生干部拥有独立解决问题的能力,从总体上把握学生干部与一般学生的差异,让学生干部基本素质得到提高的同时,同时能够运用中国传统观点和文化因素来调动学生的积极性,增强学生干部的创新能力,解决独立学院学生干部培养中遇到的一些问题.培养好一批优秀的学生干部队伍对于中国未来社会的发展也起着积极的作用.
