| 摘 要： | 电子档案的整理,目前,电子文件归档的类型有磁盘、光盘.电子文件归档工作,应按档案种类分别整理组盘.文书电子档案整理.一是内部文件.以年度、组织机构、保管期限进行组盘.第一按不同年代、组织机构、保管期限进行组盘;第二将不同年代、组织机构、保管期限的文件分盘保管,便于按不同年代、不同期限定期拷贝,以延长归挡电子文件的保管.
