| 摘 要： | 食品安全是现代生活重要的保障.存贮过程中,由于存储方法不当,经常会出现发霉等状况.较多的是被黄曲霉感染导致食品变质,对食用者造成危害,严重的可能导致癌变等.在食品检测中需要采用有效措施保障食品内各种毒素低于安全标准,确保生活和经济发展.
