| 摘 要： | 由于受各种历史及观念的影响,事业单位编外人员不能够享受与编制人员同等的薪酬福利待遇,从而导致了其工作热情下降.以勘测事业单位为例,这种技术密集型的企业亟需高技术人才的加入,而现有的编外人员薪酬制度在一定程度上制约了人才的引入.本文将就事业单位编外人员薪酬管理现状进行分析,提出薪酬改革的设想.
