摘    要:"以人为本"的管理,指在管理过程中以人为出发点和中心,围绕着激发和调动人的主动性、积极性、创造性展开的,以实现人与企业共同发展的一系列管理活动.在构建和谐企业文化建设中如何做到以人为本,本文拟从以下几个方面谈点个人浅见.
