| 摘 要： | 随着中小企业管理水平不断提高,企业内部管理意识也在不断提升,在财务管理方面,也已经从最开始的纯粹给财务人员做一个从手工账到电子账的基础层面,逐渐转变为针对整个企业的管理.本文通过分析财务管理在企业管理中的重要性,提出以财务管理为中心加强企业管理的有效措施.
