| 摘 要： | 随着社会的迅速发展,信息资源数字化、信息技术网络化的进程进一步加快,各行各业都在大力实施信息化建设.在这一背景下,档案管理迎来了新的机遇和挑战,笔者从档案管理信息化建设的重要性出发,探究信息化背景下档案管理的相关问题,希望对工作人员适应信息时代新的节拍、探索新的管理领域和方法、提炼新的管理理念有一定的帮助.
