| 摘 要： | 大陆是台湾最大投资目的地,占台对外投资的70%.台商投资大陆20年来,其投资主要集中在大陆东部沿海,台商在东部沿海省市的实际投资金额占总额的81%左右.随着台海形势的变化,尤其是ECFA签订并实施后,台湾对大陆的投资呈现了新的趋势,对内地省份引进外资产生巨大影响.本文基于台海新形势,分析后ECFA时代台湾FDI流入大陆的新趋势,结合浙江引进台资的过程中存在的问题和障碍,提出浙江应该从四个方面抓住ECFA机遇,提高利用台资的结构与质量.

| Abstract: | Mainland China is Taiwan's largest investment destination,accounting for 70% of foreign investment in Taiwan.Based on the analysis of the new situation across the Taiwan straits,the paper analyses the new trend that the Taiwan FDI inflows mainland after ECFA era,and then puts forward Zhejiang's countermeasures. |
