摘    要:黑龙江省农副产品具有强大生产能力,但是其市场营销能力非常薄弱,这就造成了生产和营销的不平衡,从而损害了农民的利益.提高农民收入要求我们必须提高黑龙江省农副产品营销能力,转变营销观念,而网络营销外包是一种新兴的营销模式,研究和构建黑龙江农副产品网络营销外包系统的新模式,从根本上促进黑龙江省农副产品市场的发展.提出了构建黑龙江农副产品网络营销外包系统新模式的有效对策.

Abstract:Heilongjiang province agricultural and sideline products has strong production ability.But its market marketing ability is very weak.This has caused production and marketing imbalance,which damaged the interests of farmers.The paper mainly discusses the view that we must construct a new mode of outsourcing system of the network marketing of Heilongjiang agricultural and sideline products.
