| 摘 要： | 本文揭示了我国发展农业循环经济的必要性和紧迫性,认为我国发展农业循环经济的主要障碍是机制滞后,因而,推进农业循环经济,实现农业可持续发展的对策就是进行机制创新,它主要包括:优化政府主导的宏观调控机制,构建促进农业循环经济发展的激励机制,建立职责分明的社会参与机制.
