| 摘 要： | 工程造价在企业发展中是极为重要的方面,工其金额大小能够判断建筑工程的投资消耗的资金大小.在运营时期展开造价控制措施可以减少工程的资金消耗,同时取得满意的建筑质量,这些都能够为建筑单位带来无可取代的经济利益,有利于施工单位实现人力、物力、财力等资源的优化配置,实现企业的长期发展.
