| 摘 要： | 施工企业人力责源紧缺已成为制约建筑施工企业做大做强的瓶颈,研究解决工程项目人力资源紧缺问题,对加强建筑施工企业市场竞争力具有十分重要的现实意义.本文阐述了施工企业项目扩张与人才缺乏的现状,分析了目前建筑施工企业在人力资源管理中存在的问题,提出了建筑工程项目人力资源管理的改进措施.
