摘    要:在电子商务环境下经营者之间的竞争日益激烈,为了使自身利益最大化,经营者采用不正当竞争的方式获取竞争优势地位,不正当竞争会损害消费者的利益,侵害消费者的知情权、公平交易权及选择权.只有完善电子商务反不正当竞争消费者权益保护机制,才能实现实质公平,实现消费者的经济自由,保护消费者合法权益.
