| 摘 要： | 由于高职高专物流管理专业发展迅速,培养规模空前,一定程度上缓解了我国物流专业人才的紧缺,但由于宏观和微观的原因,使得我国高职高专物流管理毕业生就业情况不甚理想,毕业后从事对口专业的比例不高,他们从事物流工作后,难以见到拔尖物流人才.其主要因素之一是综合竞争力不强.本文从微观的层面进行了相关的探讨分析并相应的提出了问题解决的措施.
