| 摘 要： | 随着房地产行业的迅速发展,房地产园林景观已成为消费者判别小区环境与生活质量的重要标准,如何才能在房地产开发中园林工程中做到既能使建设成本少、成果大,又使居民获得满足的园林景观.笔者认为可以针对园林景观的设计阶段、施工阶段、绿化采购、正常使用阶段做好园林景观工程成本管理与控制.
