| 摘 要： | 由于会计稳健性的研究相对成熟,因此进行上市公司债务融资治理的研究具有可行性,而且由于其能够作为一个侧面进行上市公司债务治理的效应进行反映,因而有必要基于会计稳健性对上市公司债务融资治理进行研究.本文重点就塞于会计稳健性的上市公司债务融资治理进行分析,同时提出了一些措施,希望能够为相关人员提供参考.
