| 摘 要： | 随着国家对农业科研技术推广体制改革的不断深化,农业技术推广机构如何适应当前的新形势,探索国家财政扶持与自我发展相结合的运行机制,是目前面临的一个重大问题.农业技术推广机构内部的财政管理制度改革必须适应新变化,跟上农业科技推广机构转型形势.这对未来农业技术推广机构能否成功转型,更好服务三农具有重要现实意义.
