| 摘 要： | 目前我国的企业财务管理都明显存在着很多问题.笔者针对目前企业财务管理中出现的常见问题,提出了科学合理的解决策略,这样可以确保降低投资风险,提高投资效益,并建立内部控制机制,优化企业财务结构,提高财务管理人员的素质,建立标准成本制度,实现科学成本控制.
